Sign up for the Elevate Method and book your FREE discovery call. Here, we will delve into your subconscious beliefs to uncover the core beliefs that need to be rewired.

If you cannot make the call, I will use the answers from your discovery questionnaire to build your system.

Step 2

Your system will be created based on your current goals and beliefs.

I build each reprogramming system from scratch. Please allow up to 3 working days for it to be completed.

Step 3

Once your system has been created, you will be able to review it and request adjustments for up to 5 working days.

How do I know which option is right for me. 14 days or 30 days?

Both options work. The difference is depth and support, not your capability.

The 14-day system is perfect if you want a fast, powerful reset and are ready to follow a clear, done-for-you process independently.

The 30-day option is for women who want more integration time, added support, and deeper identity stabilisation so the new self-concept feels fully embodied and unshakeable.

There is no “wrong” choice- your subconscious will benefit from either. Choose based on how many beliefs you want to rewire (we can discuss this in a free call!)

What if I’ve tried mindset work, therapy, or coaching before and nothing stuck?

Most mindset work targets thoughts, behaviour, or awareness. This system works beneath that, where safety, worthiness, and identity are stored. When the subconscious still believes struggle is safer than ease, no strategy can stick.

Although The Elevate Method does not come with weekly live call, you do get:

Is this better than 1:1 coaching?

The Elevate Method is a self-paced system which makes it ideal for people who are unable to commit to live coaching sessions.

Other key benefits over 1:1 coaching include: flexibility, life-time access, daily focus points (to activate neuroplasticity), and affordability.
