MEET THE COACH AND FOUNDER
Hiya!
Hi, I’m Ruby, a certified NLP coach, Guided Imagery Therapist and trained psychologist who LOVES helping ambitious women to reach their full potential.
I founded The Elevate Method after using subconscious reprogramming to elevate my own life and undergo a complete mindset transformation.
Subconscious reprogramming can be used to combat a variety of different mindset challenges but I specialise in removing anxiety, overthinking, self-doubt, body dysmorphia, and stress.
MY STORY
Before I became a mindset coach, I spent almost 10 years working on my own mindset transformation.
I used to suffer with debilitating mental health that let to disordered eating, low self worth and constant anxiety. And I tried everything to change, but nothing worked.
No matter how hard I tried to improve, I kept falling back into the same negative patterns. Until I discovered subconscious reprogramming.
This work changed my life. It took me from constant anxiety, to a place where I feel calm, confident and light every single day.
I founded The Elevate Method to share the power of subconscious reprogramming with other women who are tired of being stuck in the same patterns.
I love working with women to remove patterns that have been holding them back for years and helping them to FINALLY find mental calm.
